Cut costs, increase value, and use profits to fund research to understand how we can behave to protect the environment and identify how much damage certain economic activities exact on our shared and individual property rights. Use government to manage the tax rates to keep them low, to fund the research, and to write regulations to limit the damage and to have those who cause the damage pay to clean it up. Government shouldn't come out like a barbarian trying to club capitalism to death in the name of the environment. Simply use capitalism to get the results you want.]]>
